Quick Once-Over: RZR Pro R 4 Ultimate Launch Edition
It's no secret that side-by-sides are getting ridiculously more capable every year. For us, the 2022 Polaris RZR Pro R4 Launch Edition takes the entire cake along with the table, chairs, and cutlery. The new ProStar Fury 2.0L Inline 4 cylinder engine evacuates a toe-shaking 225 horsepower from its crankshaft. We can't help but ask: does Polaris have grander plans to build actual trucks and sport-utes? These sold out launch edition units MSRP for $50,999 +$400 delivery, +PDI/setup, +destination, and plus taxes, after all. We'll leave speculation alone for now.
Our first PRO R4 Launch edition delivery showed up dressed in the Lifted Lime colour option. Its imposing stature made obvious by our 6'3" (192cm) blog-writer-guy not being able to see the top of the roof. "Sounds tippy my dude" - nah, it's 74 inches wide and the MaxLink suspension offers 29 inches of usable travel and 16 inches of ground clearance:

Concealed within its almost cartoonish looking frame and body is a technology package that would make a space shuttle from the 90s blush. Because people like reading lists, and there's a lot of information, we will point-form some highlights of this machine's tech:
