One Year Limited Warranty

Talaria will cover all material costs associated with repairing or replacing any part or accessory found to be defective in material under normal use and maintenance. This limited warranty extends only to the initial retail purchaser. This limited warranty is in effect for 1 year from the initial retail sale date a new Talaria model from an authorized dealer.

This bike is intended exclusively for off-road use and is restricted in speed and power. Please do not attempt to bypass or modify these restrictions to increase speed. The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the bike’s use complies with all relevant laws in the area where it is ridden.
