1. Eligibility: The Cooler Giveaway is open to all legal residents of Canada excluding the provinces and territories of Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. the sweepstakes is open to people who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Riverside Motosports and Riverside Marine and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will receive the brand new Wetsounds speaker cooler. The approximate retail value of the prize is $ 1200 CAD. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason.

3. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted within 1-2 Days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 7 days of receiving it, providing their full name, mailing address, and other necessary information to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.   

6. Publicity: By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner grants Riverside Motorsports and Riverside Marine the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, and other personal information for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law. 

7. General Conditions:

• Riverside Motosports and Riverside Marine reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
• By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Riverside Motosports and Riverside Marine and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize.
• Riverside Motosports and Riverside Marine reserve the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical failures.
